SOFTWARE & HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT

From Vibe Code
to Production.

You have the idea. Maybe a prototype. Maybe a vibe-coded MVP.
We take it to production-level - software and hardware.

This Isn't Just Software

Most consultants write code. We build products. From ML pipelines and cloud infrastructure to embedded systems, IoT devices, and hardware prototypes -if your product needs it, we deliver it.

</>

Software

Full-stack applications, APIs, data pipelines, ML models, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Modern frameworks, production architecture.

Hardware

Embedded systems, IoT devices, CAD design, PLC integration, sensor arrays, and hardware-software interfaces. Real physical products.

The Bridge

The hardest part is where software meets hardware. We do both, so nothing falls through the cracks between disciplines.

What We Do

End-to-end product engineering -from your first prototype to production-ready systems.

01

Prototype to Production

You have a vibe-coded MVP or a rough prototype. We re-architect it for production -scalable infrastructure, proper testing, deployment pipelines, and the engineering rigor it needs to actually ship.

02

AI & Data Systems

ML models, data pipelines, and intelligent systems that work at scale. Not just notebooks -production ML with monitoring, retraining, and real-time inference.

03

Hardware & Embedded

IoT devices, embedded systems, sensor integration, CAD design, and PLC programming. When your product isn't just software, we build the physical side too.

04

Cloud & Infrastructure

AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD -production infrastructure that scales. Cloud migrations, architecture design, and DevOps that keeps your systems running.

From Idea to Production

Real projects taken from vibe-coded concepts to production-level products.

HARDWARE + SOFTWARE

Assistive Walking Stick with ML

An assistive walking stick designed for visually impaired users. We implemented a full hardware and software solution using LiDAR sensors and machine learning to detect real-time environment changes like obstacles, drop-offs, and terrain shifts. The stick provides haptic feedback through vibration motors so the user knows exactly what's ahead without needing a screen.

Restaurant Point of Sale System

A restaurant needed a POS system. Started as a vibe-coded prototype and we took it all the way to a production software deliverable. Full order management, real-time kitchen display integration, payment processing, and reporting. Built to handle real restaurant volume with reliability and speed.

FAQ

How do engagements typically work?

We start with a discovery call to understand your challenges and goals. From there, we scope a proposal tailored to your needs -whether that's a short-term sprint, ongoing advisory, or a full project build-out.

What's your pricing model?

We offer flexible arrangements depending on the engagement: project-based pricing for defined deliverables, retainer agreements for ongoing advisory work, or hourly consulting for smaller scopes.

Do you really do hardware too?

Yes. CAD design, embedded systems, IoT devices, PLC programming, sensor integration -we've shipped hardware in production environments. When your product needs both software and hardware, we handle the full stack.

What size companies do you work with?

From Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups. The common thread is teams with real products that need production-grade engineering.

What does "vibe code to production" actually mean?

You built something fast -maybe with AI, maybe a weekend hack, maybe a prototype. It works, but it's not production-ready. We take that and re-engineer it with proper architecture, testing, infrastructure, and deployment so it can actually scale and ship.

How quickly can you start?

Depending on current availability, we can typically kick off within 1-2 weeks. For urgent needs, we do our best to accommodate faster timelines.

Ready to Ship Something Real?

Whether it's a vibe-coded prototype that needs production architecture, an MVP that needs to scale, or a hardware concept that needs engineering -let's make it real.
